Kate Webster is a Certified Addictions Counsellor, comprehensively trained Systemic Interventionist, Certified Addiction Recovery Coach, CTI/ORSC trained Executive Coach and the Founder of Lighthouse Recovery in the U.K.
Following her Addictions Counselling training at U.C Berkeley in San Francisco, Kate was Co-Founder of Full Circle Intervention Services in California alongside renowned Interventionist Kristina Wandzilak. Having trained and practised in the U.S. for 15 years, Kate returned home to the U.K., bringing the innovative Invitational Systems model of Intervention with her, making it available for the first time in the U.K.

“In my own early recovery, I watched my family and other families struggle with the changes that early recovery brings to the whole family system. As a successful business owner, I also personally experienced the unique challenges Senior Executives face when returning to the workplace after treatment. These experiences inspired me to pursue my training as an Addictions Counsellor and Recovery and Executive coach, with a passion for working with families and CEO’s struggling with addiction.
Now with over 26 years of personal Recovery, I’ve worked with many families and Senior Executives and been privileged to witness the remarkable changes that can happen when everyone affected by addiction gets the help and support they need, allowing them to walk out of the despair of active addiction and enabling behaviours, into a life of freedom and Recovery for all involved”
